- After speaking with our Support Staff and you feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not fit your requirements, we want to make things right and will require you to come visit us at the office for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will require visiting our office.
1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. If a product is opened or used, it is not eligible for a refund.
