Meet the Team | Dr. Shaun Pati
Meet the team! Dr. Shaun Pati is our myopia management certified and award-winning leading optometrist. He graduated from Pacific University in Oregon with his Doctor of Optometry. While getting his doctorate, he learned about the multiple facets of optometry and became particularly passionate about Pediatric Care, Medical Optometry and Contact Lenses. He dedicated his screenings and clinical rotations to these areas to further develop his skills as an Optometrist.
Born and raised in BC, Dr. Pati has always dreamed about serving Burnaby, the community he calls home. Dr. Pati is an avid hiker and loves spending his days off on the ocean. His goal is to have a well-rounded and dedicated office where patients can come meet the team and have their needs put first.

Meet the Team | Dr. Amit Sahota
Dr. Amit Sahota graduated from Pacific University in Oregon with a Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Sahota has traveled around the United States and Canada gaining invaluable experience working with a diverse demographic including BIPOC immigrants and those with physical disabilities. She managed and treated ocular diseases at a Veterans Affairs Hospital and an Indian Health Services facility.
Dr. Sahota’s special interests are Family Eye Care, Dry Eye Management, and Vision Therapy. She is also fluent in Punjabi and can speak conversational Hindi. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, she is very excited to be able to call the greater Vancouver and the Burnaby area her home. Meet the Team | Dr. Tony Wang
Dr. Tony Wang was named one of the three best Optometrists in Burnaby by threebestrated.com in 2023.
He studied at the University of Waterloo Optometry School and graduated in 1986. He has over 30 years of experience in private practice optometry within Burnaby. His special interests include: Orthokeratology and specialty contact lens fittings. Dr. Wang has performed Orthokeratology treatments on a wide array of patients that vary in age. Outside the office he enjoys traveling and plays the violin in worship music settings. His goal is to provide his patients the best care he can while ensuring they leave the office satisfied.
